Taman Metropolitan Kepong (117 hectares) build as a Urban park, located on the fringe of the Kuala Lumpur at Kepong/North Jinjang with a broad variety of recreational facilities and landscape themes.This famous kite park is accessible via MRR2 Highway.

Along with flying kites others activities included jogging, cycling, walking around the lake along the 5 km path that took an hour to complete. there also many anglers fishing to release tension.

It is a Public Lake-Garden (Park)which is free-entry, maintenance by DBKL (Kuala Lumpur City Hall). The project was to design and build an urban park project spanning 150 hectares, which included a 50-hectare lake. In the future DBKL will put in many activities based on water entertainment on this very lake.

You can have an outdoor fun for a romantic time or just quality time with the family. at the Taman Metropolitan Kepong, every late afternoon up until dusk, people gather from all over KL to fly kites. It’s a magnificent sight.it’s reachable and those without their own kites, there’s a lot of people selling sites there. Many newlyweds choose this park to make a memoriable photo and best moments.
